Student Reporting and Feedback Portal

Your voice is part of the record.

This is not a complaints board. It is a civic participation tool. Tell us the challenge, why it matters, and what you suggest. You can also nominate a student, project or event for Campus Spotlight.

Reports are reviewed and verified before any publication or action. Please read the privacy notice and terms on the next page.

Privacy Notice

Who we are: The Mobilizer's Diary, an independent civic and student engagement platform founded by Comr. (Engr.) Lukman Aminu Gullah.

What we collect: only what you enter here. For named submissions: your name, email, optional contact details and your report. For anonymous submissions we do not ask for your name. If you choose a virtual interview, we also keep the contact and times you give.

Gifts: if you choose to give online, the payment is processed by Paystack on its own secure page. We receive your optional name, your email, the amount and a payment reference. We never see or store your card details. Gifts are kept separate from reports and are not linked to them.

Why: to review and verify your report, to respond where possible, to issue receipts, and, only with editorial approval, to inform our publications and advocacy.

Who sees it: authorised members of the editorial team only. We never publish your name unless you give permission.

How long: kept while needed for review, records and the archive. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by replying to your acknowledgement email and quoting your Reference Number.

We handle personal data with regard to applicable Nigerian data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

6. You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to review it and, if approved, publish it in edited form with the attribution you choose.

7. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to prevent serious harm.

8. Gifts are voluntary. They are not payment for any service, they never affect how any report is handled or published, and they never buy editorial influence.
